Come and visit the SABOT, the new referente place of the “aperitf loving people”. You’ll find the SABOT in the beautiful central square of Santa Margherita Ligure, generally referred to as the “Piazzetta”.
The first floor includes the comfortable interior of the Tobas Restaurant. The hall can be booked for graduation parties or other special events.
Placed at the outside you find an the elegant shielded dehors designed in such a way to welcome either the smoking and the no-smoking guests. Special thermal lights provide the heating of the place during the winter time.
Each day professional bartenders take care of the aperitifs preparing cocktails or suggesting the best wines going together with the rich buffet service offered. This includes tastings of “pasta”, various kinds of cold meats, cheese, pies and last but not least the typical Ligurian “focaccia”.
At noon you can find a quick and light refreshment following the Mediterranean recepies as well as what is defined as the “only” dish. The SABOT moreover organizes special “topic parties” as well as wine and food tastings. It dispose also of a fabolous range of wines.
